SOLON, Ohio — A jail inmate faces even more charges after saturating his underwear with cleaning solution and then huffing the fumes. The inmate, Clinton William Pugh, 29, of Twinsburg, was charged with abusing harmful intoxicants. Solon police say that an inmate at the jail told jail staff that very strong fumes were coming from Pugh and spreading throughout the dormitory area of the jail.
