SOLON, Ohio- Police are asking drivers to avoid the area near Harper Road and US 422 after an accident Monday afternoon.
Solon police said Harper Road northbound at US 422 is closed for an accident involving a construction vehicle.
US 422 eastbound is down to one lane until further notice.
